Every person is created uniquely bearing the image of the Divine. Which also means that every person is created to thrive as exactly who they are, and the chance to discover that is the basis of Exploration Camp.
We did some storytelling from the Bible, we’ll gave space for storytelling from our own lives, and we created self portraits celebrating who we are at this time of our lives. My hope for the end of the week was for each kid to leave this space feeling a little more confident and celebrated for who they are.
